Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major Moroccan cities: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, Fez, Meknes, Oujda, and more.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after phone/WhatsApp order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on city and region.

COD Process

• Our team will call you to confirm your order before shipping.
• Please keep your phone available during business hours.
• Pay the courier upon receipt of your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to no response, we will contact you again. After two attempts, the order may be returned.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is currently free on all orders within Morocco as part of the launch offer.
