Refund Policy

This policy must be reviewed by the owner/legal advisor before launch.

Eligibility Window

You may request a refund or exchange in the following situations:

• The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
• You received a different product from what you ordered.
• Unopened, unused products within 7 days of receipt.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene products such as mouth tapes and nose strips, returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened or the product is defective.

COD Refusal

Refusing delivery of your order without a valid reason may result in shipping fee charges.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and approval.
